Returns & Refunds Policy

Nooréa is committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope that you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any exchange or return under normal conditions. We only offer Conditional Exchange if you face quality issues with the product. Return of any product will be accepted if reported within 72 hours of delivery. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition. Incorrect product has been delivered. The product received is incomplete. Incorrect size has been provided. Please note that the product must be inspected in the presence of the delivery person, and any issues must be reported immediately. We will replace the product if it fits all the criteria mentioned above subject to stock availability.

 

However, if we can’t provide the exact product, we will allow an exchange with the other product with the same price range. Additionally, if it doesn’t satisfy the customer in that circumstance, we will refund within 3 to 5 days. This is the only eligibility criteria for refunds. NON-ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGR OR RETURN Any purchase where a customer has been given a special discount as a favour can’t be returned. Any unstitched product purchased from Nooréa will not be open for any claims or exchanges if the customer has already got it stitched.

 

Nooréa will not accept return for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. Nooréa is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colours due to washing. Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will not be entertained for exchange or return. Items that you want to exchange or return must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached. Items those are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied an exchange.

 

If your item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, product is inspected in the presence of the delivery person and reported immediately, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. We will replace the product if it meets any of these criteria, subject to stock availability. Should the exact product not be available, we offer an exchange for an item of equivalent value within the same price range. If neither option satisfies your needs, a refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience with us.
